Certified Loco: Police Officer in NJ has charges dismissed after being caught with a becerro around his pipi

Perhaps the Garden State should switch its nickname to the Barnyard State.

A New Jersey judge has dismissed animal cruelty charges against a cop accused of committing a sex act with young cows, saying a grand jury had no way of knowing whether the animals were “tormented.”

Moorestown police officer Robert Melia, who is currently suspended, allegedly engaged in oral sex acts with five calves in Southampton in 2006.

Esto se usa tanto in places like DR, PR and other Latino countries.  Its a belief that it’ll help make your “friend” grow.  Clearly something that is not true y pues should be expected as folk on a farm in Dominican Republic would have less of an education than say a POLICE OFFICER IN NEW JERSEY!!! Holy shit are you serious? When you click the link below for the full story, no the cow is not the lady in the picture below him okay?

Este pendejo has also been accused of abusing children.  REALLY?? A POLICE OFFICER? IN NEW JERSEY?
