Mike Tyson has been arrested for DUI and drug charges.

The former heavyweight champ was arrested early Friday morning in Arizona, shortly after he left a Scottsdale nightclub.He was charged on suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of cocaine after he failed field sobriety tests and that powdery white substance was found in his car.

This is America, though. He won’t go to jail! And if he does, he should feel right at home – Tyson spent time in prison in the ’90s for rape.Earlier this year, the former boxer checked in to rehab at a treatment facility in Arizona.

He stayed less than a week!
